List of guarantees and policies issued

This page provides UK Export Finance's lists of guarantees and insurance policies issued.

Every year we publish information about export contracts we have supported in our annual report, which you can find on the right hand side of this page.

While we aim to publish information about as many export transactions we have supported as possible, there are certain circumstances when we do not do so. The reasons may include:

  • the refusal by an exporter whose export contract is insured under an export insurance policy if, for example, disclosure may adversely impact the commercial relationship between the exporter and its buyer;
  • the buyer and/or borrower object to disclosure;
  • our commercial position (and that of the taxpayer) as the insurer or guarantor could be prejudiced.

There may be other reasons on particular cases.

We do not publish details of applications received. But in situations where we consider the export and/or project  is a catogory A (as defined by the OECD Recommendation on Common Approaches on the Environment and Officially Supported Export Credits) in respect of potential environmental and social impacts, certain details about the application (and the related project for which the export contract is destined) are published before we decide whether or not we will give our support. This information is in our Catogory A potential impact cases, which you can find on the right hand side of this page.

Go to the OECD website, which you can find on the right hand side of this page, to find more information about the OECD Recommendation on Common Approaches on the Environment and Officially Supported Export Credits.
