Gillian Arthur

This page gives the biography of Gillian Arthur, who is a member of the Export Guarantee Advisory Council (EGAC) which advises UK Export Finance.

Gillian Arthur joined the council in April 2009.

Gillian is head of philanthropy services at Sanne Group, which specialises in the provision of offshore management and control and international corporate and trustee services.

Gillian previously worked at the Commonwealth Development Corporation (a government agency that invests in developing countries) and Actis (a fund of funds that invest in emerging markets).

Her roles have included investigation into the environmental and social impacts of investments and governance standards.
