Background
Following a judicial review of changes made to ECGD’s anti-bribery policies and practices, the government agreed to hold a public consultation on those proposed changes before deciding on any revisions to them.
Purpose of the consultation
The purpose of the consultation is to get views from interested parties on the policies and practices that should be adopted by ECGD on deterring bribery and corruption for the business it is asked to support on a basis that is consistent with the OECD agreement on bribery that applies to the export credit agencies of member countries.

Exporters, banks, trade associations and special interest groups.
